Rough Sapphire evil eye 22k gold necklace

One of a kind handcrafted 22k solid gold Evil Eye medallions necklace.
The eye is decorated with delicate engravings and in its center is a raw sapphire stone, next to the eye are additional hanging loops and small 22k gold pendant with an imprint of a small heart.
The chain is made of an oxidized sterling silver with 14k gold hoop claps.
Dangled 22k gold dot is attached to the silver chain.
